This was great to read and I totally agree. This is not my first rodeo but I can’t say I have great habits either which is why I’m here…to change that. I will admit I want to follow the program perfectly, but I know that’s not always going to be possible.
Please post about macro counting. If you have an easy way of doing it I’m interested. I currently use MyFitnessPal to log my meals and count macros. It’s easy but I’d still like to understand the math behind it!
