    Hi Pat

    I have begun with the elevate meal plan, and realized that the recipes make 4 servings. Are we to eat and go by the same plan all week? or can we substitute?

    It’s designed to eat the same thing all week, but you can most definitely substitute as long as you are mindful to make macro and calorically similar substitutions. Don’t overthink it, though. You can ballpark it. 🙂

    Hello – I am looking at the meal plans for Mas 40 and 60 and am wondering how we pick the correct body type?

    I have a question regarding the meal plan. I realize it doesnt say anything about salt or oils. Can we add salt to our food. Or is this a no salt oil diet. I’m doing the elevate 1 meal plan
