  Meal Plan v Macro intake calculator

  I will be starting on the MA60 and I’m a first timer. I completed the macro intake calculator and entered the meal plan menu items into my calorie calculator. The amount of food on the plan is way more than I normally eat and more than the calculated. Should I eat whats on the menu anyway, or reduce it to what my calculated calorie intake is?
