Hello Pat,
I have a question, I will be starting the ELEVATE 1 and was wondering if the weekly meal plan is the same for the entire seven days and then we change the following meal plan on the Week 2 Meal Plan?

That is correct, you will eat the same meals for a week and then move on to week number 2.

If you workout in the AM follow the AM plan if PM is your workout time follow the PM option.

Hi,
I’m starting the Elevate 1, was wondering the order for nutrition/workout plan. If I’ll being doing the workout in the evening, do I eat dinner before or after? When to drink the protein shake?

I would always keep the protein shake post workout, you can still eat dinner an hour after the workout or use it as a meal prior during the day. It’s not that strict.

Hi, I’m reading the female fat loss meal plan and prepping guide and the recipe calls for 1/4 c. TVP. What is TVP?

Hey Tamera! TVP is textured vegetable protein. It’s a soy product and has a similar texture to ground meat once you rehydrate it. It’s a neutral flavor, so it is pretty versatile.
