    Hey Warriors!

    I am having a tough time hitting my protein macros. I am not a big meat lover and sometimes it’s not convenient (due to multiple meetings a day). Any suggestions on how to get more protein in? I drink whey (2 scoops) with plain yogurt to hit at least half of what I need for the day but I need other sources that are not meat. Any suggestions?

    When I need to meet more protein needs, I like to mix greek yogurt with fresh fruit for a high protein snack. You can also add it with your protein powder to make a creamy smoothie. 😊

    Lentils are a great source of protein. You could even make some crispy oven baked chickpeas. Bone broth has protein in it, too, and I’m a big fan of that.
