    Hi everyone , I have a question I’m suppose to weight the meat before cook it or after , and if I don’t have avocado ready what can I use to instead of that , cheese could’ve but how much cheese can I used for my salad . Thank you . 🙏

    Hello Yenny, found you! You weight the meat after cooking as it looses some water during the cooking process. Only items that say “dry” are measured prior to cooking but anything like rice and beans and such are measured after cooking. If you want to replace avocado you can google nutritional facts of avocado and see how much calories and fat the amount (the amount used in the meal) of avocado would have and then compare it to the recommended portion size of cheese (i think it is 1/4 cup). That would be the best way to replace it but if that sounds too difficult for you, just replace it with 1/4 cup or less of cheese.
