Special Diets: AIP, GAPS, Paleo, etc.
Anyone following any special eating styles on here for health issues or allergy reasons?
I’ve had some health issues recently that seem to be my immune system on overdrive sometimes, and I am learning about these different eating styles to help manage it. Currently doing little to no grains or nuts, low sugar, high quality meats, etc. It’s similar to Paleo, I guess, without all of the nuts. My body seems to be responding pretty well. I’m actually burning quite a bit of fat, which wasn’t the focus. I’m not sure how long I will eat like this, but trying to calm the inflammation in my body so it can heal.
