Hey Team, please share your favorite healthy snack ideas. I frequently grab a protein bar but I’m trying to eat more whole and less processed foods this year.
I like almonds, peanut butter (in moderation), fruit, smoothies, mug cake made with tru protein, popcorn (no butter), plain fat free greek yogurt (i add fruit, vanilla stevia drops, chia seeds, granola or kashi go kean crunch cereal)
I like making a smoothie for my toddler and I with frozen berries, banana, goat milk kefir (you could use any kind of unsweetened yogurt or kefir, but this one has no additives, not even pectin), and sometimes bone broth! That’s one of our favorites snacks. I also enjoy Ezekiel bread with a little bit of honey.
