Perform each circuit 3-4 times

Rest for 45 seconds in between sets

Circuit 1

4 Second Squat – 15 reps

Wall Sit – 30 Seconds

Jump Rope – 45 Seconds

Circuit 2

Reverse Lunges with Opposite Leg Kick Back – 15 Reps

Football Squat with Reaches – 15 Reps

Quick Feet – 45 Seconds

Circuit 3

Back to Back Lateral Lunges – 15 Reps per leg

Side Skiers – 15 Reps per leg

Lateral Plyo Side Step – 20 Seconds per side
