I’m a mom of 5, active duty military spouse and I own a digital marketing agency. I currently live in Colorado Springs, CO and am excited to begin this journey to get my health and wellness on track. In the past two years after suffering multiple losses, I’ve gained 40lbs. And now, as I’m coming into a healthier mental and emotional state, I want my physical state to reflect that as well.
