My name is Briana and I am from Florida. I am in the healthcare field as a licensed Orthotist Prosthetist (I make legs, and braces (baby helmets, knee braces, etc) for people to help improve their functionality and way if life.
I was a high school track athlete competing in hurdles (yes me neing at 5’1..lol)- and could basic eat almost everything I wanted without gaining weight. Of course I stopped after high school, and kept eating the same way. I gained 10 lbs (not much but on my frame it was). Started working out at the gym on campus but I still struggled with food. I was able to get the weight off with dieting that didnt last, and was right back where I started.
Fast forward, 5 years ago I started training more, but couldn’t figure out the food. I tried different programs that helped, but I was lost afterwards. Over a year ago I started following Massy on IG and her IG workouts. They were to me using athleticism, your body, plus mobility. Finally I purchased MA 60 where not only did I learn the fundamentals of living a healthy lifestyle, I learned how to have a healthy relationship with food. Not to deprive or restrict myself on fad diets, but how to maintain and sustain based on my goals.
