Hi all! Taking part in this challenge to get healthy both physically and mentally. I am a harsh self critic who suffers from mild depression, I have been trying to conceive for years with no success, I now weigh the heaviest I’ve ever been at 200lbs. I am really looking forward to the outcome of this challenge and can’t wait to be with you all along the way!
