Several years ago I was very active working out until I hurt my lower back and now have two herniated disc, since then, I’ve been afraid of working out because of the pain that I went through. I do know that I need to start moving because the sedentary live that I’ve been living is not good at all. Seeing your videos have encouraged me to just start doing! My goal is to complete this challenge as a stepping tool to move forward and continue in a more healthier active lifestyle.
