Hi!! My name is Jackie and I’m 43 years old. I work full-time as Administrative Supervisor of a Healthcare Organization. It’s a very sedentary job.. I’m also a Mom of an amazing 6yr old little girl and Wife of a awesome loving man who works out every day and is in the most amazing shape! He motivates everyone he comes in contact with and has great discipline. He revolves his life around the gym because it’s his outlet. Something I absolutely struggle with for myself. My biggest issue with fitness has always been getting started and keeping that momentum going long term. My short term goals for this challenge, is to create good eatings habits as I have lost my love for food, reaching my daily water intake, and just completing the workouts and creating the habit of working out 4-5x week. My long term goal is to build my endurance, gain strength and lose 10-15lbs. I want this for myself because as a mom & wife it’s easy to put your needs before everyone else’s.. However, that doesn’t necessarily make everyone happy and what my family needs is a happy ME! So, I’m doing this for myself but for my family as well. 😊
