I have put together some S.M.A.R.T fitness goals.

  • I want to lose 25 pounds.
  • I want to lose my excess fat and gain muscle
  • I want to be able to run a 5k
  • I want to lose 1 pound per week for 12 weeks so that I can lose 25 pounds before my next birthday in May 22
  • I want to run a 5k in under an hour by May so I can set a personal record for the first time.
