Hey there, I’m Michelle, and I’m thrilled to be embarking on this journey with you all. My ultimate goal? To become the healthiest version of myself, inside and out.
My journey hasn’t been easy. Battling body dysmorphia, depression, and severe anxiety has been a constant struggle. But as a stay-at-home mom, I realized that now is the perfect time to take back control of my life.
My story started years ago when I was a professional athlete for Guyana until I turned 23. Life threw me some unexpected twists, my body changed, and I found myself developing an unhealthy relationship with food.
But here’s the thing – I refuse to let these challenges define me. Joining the MA community, I’m ready to turn the page and rewrite my story. My mission is clear: to reclaim my life, one step at a time. I’m determined to cultivate a healthy relationship with food, conquer my demons, and inspire others along the way.
My journey is a testament to resilience, determination, and the belief that no matter how tough things get, there’s always hope for a brighter tomorrow. Let’s do this together!
