43 years old and married for 22 years to the most wonderful man.  Mom of 3 beautiful girls, ages 25, 18 and 9.  I’ve been a Physical Therapist Assistant for 22 years and absolutely love my profession.  I’m here with the goal of being disciplined and consistent, refocusing on my journey of better health, fitness and wellness.  My goal is to not only lose weight, but eat healthier, improve muscle tone, increase strength and flexibility, and to feel AND look better!  I’m excited for this Sculpt challenge and joining a community of like minded people!  Let’s go y’all, I’m ready…..We’ve got this💪🏾💜
