Biography |
I became curious fitness and healthy eating about a decade ago. Before that, I was overweight and bullied about it. Fitness for me has been empowering…I look back at my journey and even though there’s so much I’d still like to be able to achieve, I thank God for how much I’ve grown.
In a way, it has emphasized the self-discipline that I’m using to grow in other areas of my life – spiritual, financial, mental, emotional – and it helps to keep me grounded.
My current goals are to increase my strength, endurance and mobility.
