Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Place fish on a baking sheet lightly coated with cooking spray; lightly coat fish with garlic evenly
  3. Bake fish for 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness. 
  4. Squeeze lemon wedges over fish

Ingredients

  • 4 (4 ounce) white fish fillets 
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tbs minced fresh garlic
  • or add lemon garlic seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper 
  • 4 lemon wedges
