Can we IR/ER our humeri?

Lay on your back, on a hard surface, with your knees bent

Taking the elbow in line with the shoulder and elbow flexed at 90°

Without letting the humerus glide forward, rotate the humerus internally

Rotate the humerus externally

Combined range of motion (IR + ER) should be ~180°
