Question 6: Squat

Can we squat?

Standing with your feet straight ahead and hips-width apart squat to the best of your ability

If you cannot squat below parallel, roll a towel up under your heels (1”) and try again

Feet should be able to remain straightforward. If you still cannot squat fully, keep heels elevated on the towel and hold a 5lb weight out in front of you

Can you squat now?
